Help: Fifth week of flowering and something's happening to my plant

I hope someone can help me tell me what my plant needs by looking at this picture it’s the only one out of six plants that is doing this and I only have about three more weeks left of flowering how can I save this plant

looks like a calcium deficiency to me. Some plants have more needs than others. Add some calmag to your nutes and it should stop this from progressing.

Different strains have different needs at different stages of their life. My first impression is too much nitrogen.

Do I use nutrients every time I water or just once a week

Outdoors, in soil, I use dry organic nutrients. Work them into the top 2 inches and water in. I'll work in some high P bat guano when they start to flower. When using chemical nutes, I do full strength, once a week.

Do I use nutrients every time I water or just once a week

on the first pass, our plants are not able to use all of the nutrients supplied. This is why we water once with nutes, and then with properly pH adjusted water the next time, or sometimes two more times. It gives a second and third shot at the nutes that have been left sitting in there, cleaning the soil, and keeping you from over saturating the soil with nutrients.
