can anyone tell me what this is?

wrecking my leaves and iv used canna cure and still not getting rid of them.

can they destroy my harvest? there in flower now.

Looks like it could be thrips, research them and compare. There not to bad to destroy. Spinosad wipes them out in a couple treatments.

Hi Higher, like Suntana said, could be thrips, or aphids or other common bug. These affect all kinds of plants; not juts weed. Your grow shop or a good garden store will help you pick out a good natural insecticide; you can wash your plant with soapy water too. Whatever you do, make sure you get the underside of the leaves, all of the nooks in the stems, and the soil as well. Defoliate as much as you are comfortable with. The bugs will eventually kill or seriously weaken your plant but if you are persistent you can get rid of them. If you have other houseplants in the house check them out too. Good luck!
