Im on a 12 /12 schedule starting at 8am to 8pm ...im in 4th week....I need to switch to 8pm to 8am schedule because its too hot during day ... is this ok or will my plants stress out then hermi

well if its too hot you might have no choice because heat stress can also hermie them, if its a strong strain it might be ok.... who knows :/

The important thing is that you maintain a minimum of 12 hours of darkness. So when you switch, I would go 24 hours of darkness and then resume the 12/12. If you go for 24 hours of light, you will certainly stress the plants.

One way or the other, you are messing with the light cycle and have a chance at producing hermies - so watch the plants afterwards for a couple of weeks.

Nothing to worry about. Like was said above, let them have the extra hours of sleep. It won't hurt them a bit.

Plants dont hermie that easy. Just switch the light schedule right away as you need.
