Help! I have white powdery stuff on my plants leaves. pics will be posting asap

i need help my leaves on my plant have this white powdery stuff on it

im a first time grower i bought the plant of the medical despiery it was at least over 15 inc tall but im too sure what it is an how to do much

i have 15 watt flourencent light
an i plant the plant on soil with the rockwool it came on it for your time anything would be appriciated thanks =)

Spore Mold of some sort. A light Hydrogen Peroxide wash (2 ozs Hy Per per 1/4 quart
H20) and spraying the leaves would help.
A 15 watt flourescent will not be adequate light though.
