Help identifying insect

Hello growers. I have 20 autoflower plants that I'm growing outside and now green bugs started appearing in some of the plants. Most intensly in the plants that are struggling a bit. Can anyone tell me what this is and if it's friendly?

Looks like an Aphid. Probavly a sap sucker.

Thanks. Should I spray with light-soapy water? Will the insect harm the plant in any way?

if its starts breeding it will kill every thing
