Help my plant's innocent leaf problem

the damaged leaves wikll never return normal , just let them drop off , also check the plant didnt hermie with the stress

no hermie ,and she dropped all big fan leaves but now look ok , maybe little less yield what i expected , but i can finish this next time i buy ph device
