Help my plants need help

So over the last two days, the top of the plants leaves have been getting a lighter green with yellow tips. I’m still having to water down the nutz due to every time I follow feed chart from future harvest I get nutz burn. I’ve checked the ph of nutz, it’s 6.0 after mixing and water is 6.35 before mixing. I only feed nutz twice a week and water 2-3 other times. Each plant takes about 500ml per feeding. Adding pictures from today.

Maybe lacking some nitrogen but overall they look great. Allow others to help before doing anything.

So I’m growing in a mixture as follows. 20% potting soil, 40 % peat moss, 20% perlite, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings.

I would suggest if you're planning to use nutes anyways, choose a proven medium whose nutrient value and ph needs you can actually know. One of the bagged products like Fox Farm, Promix Hp or Coco for example.
How big are those containers? 500 ml are you getting any runoff from that?

They are in 5 gallon fabric pots, I add water slowly to not get run off, because if I pour too quick it runs out the side of pot.

When mine did this i used epsom salt ... as foliar spray , and added some on top of medium then water . They went back to a nice green within 2 days . Try some epsom salt . Or it could be a nitrogen problem.
