help please leaves looking limp and brown :}

hi im a first time grower of indoor plants they are under a 250w MH but they have started looking limp curling under and also have brown tips and spots on their leaves, i am grateful of any tips also my ballast has just blown so wondering if plants will be ok till i can get a new one next week?

how often do you water ?
how often do you feed ? looks like too much nitrogen ( the claw )
is your ph between 6 and 7 ?

I'm with paddysmoke, too much nitrogen for sure.... as for the ballast, put it under something for now, I am sure it wont die in a week...

You need to cut back on your nitrogen and if your not using nuts you have hot soil. If you are using extra nuts you need to cut back on those for now. Keep it out of the heat and make sure your P.H. stays close to 6.0 to 6.5.. How about some more info on what you are using with your grow, nuts, temp, humidity, soil type, etc.?
