EC is a way to measure the concentration of nutrients in the feed solution... It's like a different measure of PPM. I would feed the plants for a few more days with just tap or ro water, whichever you have access to, then begin to feed with a correctly pH'd solution at a ratio of 3-5 mL coco A and B per 10L of water and slowly ramp up the ratio to 10-12 ml coco A and B.
