I'm not sure why you think you have a problem. The plants look fine if not a little leggy. Dropping the lights a little should help with the stretching you see.

As for RH and temperatures you want to follow the Vapor Pressure Deficit chart below. It will show the temp and RH for the stage the plant is in. Those are the ideal conditions but it won't kill a grow if you are not in that range.
They key is to have a lower RH or a lot of circulation when the plant is in flower or you risk mold throughout the buds.

So it doesn't matter if they are sativa? I read that sativas grow long like that? And I'm also using a marshydro ts1000 light I have it set to the 3 notch I turn up the light 1 notch a week. Are they supposed to look like this ?

Those look pretty good to me. I think I've only had perfect RH to Temp through 1 grow of several.
Didn't notice any difference from the grows that weren't perfect. I've had temps as low as 72 F & as high as 88 F. I've had RH as low as 30% & as high as 80%. Only difference was lighter, fluffier buds with High Heat & tighter, condensed buds with low temps. All that being said I still try to keep my temps anywhere between 72 - 79 F with 50 - 65% RH. Things seem to go just fine for me any where between these ranges.

No it doesn't matter if sativa or indica. Try and get as close as you can and don't worry too much about it. The plants look fine. They are thin and tall because the light is too high or the intensity too low. So if you made the adjustment already with the lights then wait a few days.
When you transplant to a bigger pot plant them deeper to cover some of the stem.
I just feel like I'm doing wrong because I keep reading the temps and humidity are what you say but a person who's crop looks the bomb is telling me dont do humidity past 60 at this point I'm so confused
Well your friend can't argue with science to stick with the chart.
And by the way thank you all for helping. So at the stage I'm in the 65 the is good ? What happens if it goes up to 80 in the middle of the night? And also does this stuff called Damp rid help with humidity?
They work to a certain extent. When they are young they can handle the extra RH for short amounts of time.

You said they were Auto's ? If Auto's you were suppose to start them in their final pot. But that's OK. Many have up-potted them. I'd go to the 5 gallon bags now. They grow faster so the roots will spread faster.

You want at least 5 good nodes on the plant before transplanting. Ideally you put the plant in a clear solo cup, then you put a red/blue solo cup over that to keep the light out. You can easily slide the cup out to look at the root system in the clear cup. You'd like to see a good rootball in there first.
I must have missed if they were autos or photos but as long as they are growing steadily you can wait until 5 or 6 nodes.
