Help problem with leaves on seedling

Hi all, I have a problem with my seedling, leaves are green and pinged up but look rough on the edges and has red/purple in them middle. Light is 300w LED, is my light too close?

Generally, if a cannabis seedling cannot even stay upright on its own, the light is too distant. It looks like that one kept stretching towards the light until it fell over.

How far away from the thing is it? And what is its actual wattage?

It grew that tall overnight from when it first popped out of the soil, I thought I'll give it a day or two before giving it light, I then put light on top, about 6 inches from top of the plant, it's a 300w LED, I only just raised it today to about 12 inches or so

The few days without light explain the stretchy stem. 6" was probably to close, the move to 12" was smart. If it is pulling 300 watts from the wall I would expect it to need to be further at least while it is still a seedling.
