Help! Problems with first grow

I just transplanted this plant to its own pot under a florecent light, and she's rapidly deteriorated since. Is it over watering? Lack of nutrients? This is part of my first grow, and I'm a bit inexperienced. The soil is commercial mushroom dirt, a bit aged. I'd appreciate any help/comments, thank you.

I'm not certain on the strain

Additional Info-
Soil: "mushroom dirt" and potting soil mix, Eggshells, wood ash, saw dust Fert
Temp: 80-90 degrees F (possible heat damage?)
Vegetative Growth Period
I moved her indoors to her own pot and she's gone limp since. My other is doing alright, although she shows signs of damage as well:

I just stared her on 12/12 a few days ago. Does anyone know what the leaf discoloration could be? I'm thinking it might be a combination of a deficiency of some sort and heat damage.

I think the first one could be heat stress. The second one could be nute burn. You should really provide more background info and possibly better pictures. It would really help to identify the problem. How do they look today?
