Strain: jack herer

It could also be from the oil on your hands if you’re touching the buds a lot.

Are the trics on a sugar leaf or on the actual flower?
My sugar leaves amber faster than the flower and i dont use them to judge if its ready or not

Look up a picture from Leafly.com for the strain you are growing. This will show you what a ripe bud should look like. Pay close attention to the white pistils still at the top of your plant in this comparison. This is one of the best visual comparisons you can make, especially if trichomes are hard for you to see. I still saw some clear trichomes in your pictures... definitely not time to pull yet, but getting close!

Thank you this helps a lot

this is what a old-time grower says " when you feel it's time to harvest give your plant one more week" trichomes turn amber at the rate of 5% per week - you are in the harvest window now but a bit longer 1 week at the most 2, Harvest comes down to personal "wants" type of effects wanted

Thanks that’s good to know. I’ll keep that in mind
