Help with deficiency and extremely slow and small buds

Let’s see if @InTheShed can shine some light on this. I know it is lesser, but I think 40-50% might not be perfect.

Is 40-50% RH at @80F ok in flower Shed?

I’ve never been through the flower stage, so forgive my ignorance. Lol!:rollit:

45-55% RH at 80ºF (27ºC) is the range in flower according to this chart:

And the others buds are extremely small and slowly growing no where near the size of the other.
After looking at the plant with the small flowers, I'd say it looks starved for nutes. The other looks like it might have light burn because the top leaves are yellowing and crispy but it doesn't look like the lowers are.

How did you diagnose the levels being off and no nutrients being absorbed? Because to me, it looks like it needs nutrients right now.
Did you “skim” his journal?
