Got some seedlings that are getting kinda big for their solo cups, and someone on another group suggested these might be root bound? I don't recall rootbound plants looking like this though. Anyone know what it looks like? Pests? Some kind of nutrient issue? Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!

Welcome to the fun train of 420 . I do think that they need up potting as they do look too big for their pots. It is hard to see the leaf colour due to the blurple pic so going on what is here the pots is a very good solution.
