Help with profile

Just a quick question, can someone please send me a link or explain how to have my grow journals linked through my signature at the bottom of posts? any help much appreciated

Within your User Control Panel, click on Edit Signature. Click on the world button, which adds a link, copy the link to your grow journal and paste it in the add link dialog box and a link to your grow journal is now in your signature.
