my plants are growing curly and how do i keep bugs rain and animals away? ive lost 10 plants allready!!!!!!!!

im not sure on the bugs, and probably rabbits and squirls, and not alotta rain but when it rains it pours like crazy. its midwestern kinda rain not california rain if that makes sense?
Soooo,
some are growin' all mutant like and some got ate?
These seedlings or clones?
QWKfix, pee around them after each rain,
will help keep animals away.Not On them around them.
mutants maybe following/tracking sunlight ,
like,
comin' through the trees and surrounding vegitation...?

yes they are seedling. well on of them is growing looking for light but the other one is definitly not growing like that. its growing kinda like a coil or a spring. its growing in circles. and the leaves are no cupped upwards if that makes sense. and i will pee around them
