Hemp shipping is legal and safe!

We had a shipment of hemp flower stopped in Wyoming earlier this month. Long story short, it was released. Must of been one heck of a scare for the driver since hemp flower looks and smells just like Marijuana!

There is a recent story, where a couple of guys from the NYC purchased a hundred pounds of hemp from a farm in VT. It made it all the way to NYC via Fedex. The Fedex driver tipped off the NYC Police, who arrested the guy who showed up to pickup the hemp. Even though he had all the proper paper work stating it was hemp. He sat in jail for a day and a half and was finally released. The hemp still sits in NYC lockup.

The cops thought they made the drug bust of their careers.

Such a bummer for the two guys who had it confiscated. You can bet the Po Po isn't taking care of it properly.

It is a shame that it happened!

But i know you aren't supposed to ship via FedEx yet. Most LTLs won't take it because of the controversy it might cause.

Fide Freight uses dedicated sprinter vans that bring pallets from door to door. Super useful cause it doesn't leave the van!

Either way, its perfectly legal. Maybe a good old fashioned lawsuit will open peoples eyes that its within the law, and a business that pays taxes, so just mind ya business!
