Hermaphrodites?

alright well this is only my second rodeo so i still have a lot to learn. i went out to the local street corner and picked up on some green and noticed a lot of seeds. so i used my green thumb mentality and sprouted some seeds. after doing some research, (on this website), i think that learned when a female plant get polinated it becomes a hermaphrodite with many seeds. i still havent figured out if my assumption is true but if it is are my new seedlings going to turn out a hermaphrodite like its mother. please someone hit me with some knowledge i need help.

i think this the the last time i go with beans. i would rather pick up on clones or make a mother. just because the beans grow too slow and harvesting comes around more often. i appreciate you sharing your talent with me and hopefully the next few times around i'm livin in the clouds lol
