Hermie, What to do?

One of my girls has decided to become a SHIM lol. What do I do? I'm guessing its time for the big chop but the plant is only about 2 maybe 3 weeks in to flower. I suppose I could always make oil out of her/him

That or look forward to seeds. Did it get light when it shouldn't have? Or some other type of stress?
