O.K. I was looking for a heat lamp for my friends iguana when it hit me...it would be cheap and effective to get a light from here for my attic grow operation... Reptile Power Centers-Reptile Lighting-Reptiles | Cheappetstore.com here is a website I was looking at when I saw a timer and alot of lights it was meant for a iguana but oh well

I need about 4 lights and this power center has 4 timed sockets in it and 4 untimed ones for a fan or something like that... I'm gonna go to the pet store soon to pick up some supplies can somebody tell me which hooded light would be the best for the $$ also

Same ones I have for my fish tanks. They're great!

I'd use something a little more "heavy weight" for my grow lights tho...unless you're into CFL's.

I've been using a couple of these for my grow. Got them at Lowes. I personally find the digital timers far more acurrate then the crappy dialed ones. Plus, they are battery backed up so the time and schedules don't get lost if there is a power blip / surge.

Without looking...........they should be rated at 15 amps minimum. That would run a total of 1800 watts.
