Hi does anyone know if my plant is ready to harvest or close?

So your about 10 weeks into flower. The leaves tell me your strain is primarily Indica so my guess is that it's darn near ready. Another week at the most (but again it's all about the trichomes). Did you start flushing yet? If not you really need to start flushing.

To the extent of my knowledge and I will have you know I too am still learning I would say you might be ready to harvest at the end of the week. I would like to see someone more experienced chime in here and cut me off but for lack of better advice I believe you may be ready to harvest Sunday or Monday.

As for your other plant I have a few questions.
What lighting are you using?
How many weeks in veg is it?
Is it an Auto or a Photo?
How much more height do you have available for the stretch?

Yes you should transplant into a larger pot. That won't hurt it at all. It's the autos that you shouldn't transplant late in the game like this. I suggest you just fill the new pot with a couple inches of whatever growing medium you are currently using and then place the current pot and plant inside it. Then fill in all around the sides. Once full you can then gently remove the current pot and plant without having the sides fall in. Next use a spray bottle to moisten the medium inside the hole including the side walls. Basically moisten the medium anywhere the existing roots will come into contact with. Now you can flip it over and pull out the plant and root ball and just place it right into the perfectly shaped hole you made. This causes almost "0" stress to your plant. Then you can water it in. At least that's how I do it.

Trichomes are looking milky but I can't see well enough to tell if any are turning amber. If you notice some going amber you are ready to cut. Have you started flushing this one yet? If not you best get on it.
Ok good to know thanks..I cant see amber in the tricomes yet I did start flushing yes
