How can I use buds that are not smokable?

The plant had mold and was treated with myclobutanil sprayed into the soil. The roots absorb the chemical into every part of the plant. I deem these buds to be unsmokable due to probable myclobutanil contamination.

I have two questions:

Q1. Will it still be alright to make topical cream?

Q2. I know I can't ingest it, but is there anything else I can do with it besides making topical cream?

it's nasty stuff. i wouldn't mess with it. take @bobrown14 's advice... "Take the plant and the soil and burn or toss in garbage do not compost. "
try organic next time

edit: his advice was before the myclobutanil. i would just trash it. burning will release harmful gases.

From what I understand its bad shit and you should stay away from it. Period.
I definitely wouldn't rub it on my skin. Do yourself a favor and scrap it.
