How do you guys get your info of your grow on the bottom of every post?

I want to start a grow journal and I want to put my grow info. on the bottom of my posts and replies like I see others do. How do I do this without typing it every time? Thanks.

Thanks, It's 2/3 ffof and 1/3 perlite in 3 gal. fabric pots. The 2 on the right are Nirvana's Papaya, photo's and the one on the left is a Nirvana Master Kush photo.
