How does this look?

How is my plant looking for 2 weeks old (Not counting the 2 weeks as seedlings). I recently topped my plant so I have seen a lot of growth recently, the only thing am worried about at the moment is that my pot is over 20 litres and when I’m watering I’m not getting huge run off, which make me suspect some may be gathering at the bottom. I really don’t want to get root rot so how can I check if my soil isn’t too wet st the bottom. Using gold label coco and 400w hps light in a 60x60 grow room also when does my plant starting shooting upwards so I can set up SOG

Also I’ve got one or two leaves which look like this, I think it was due to high nutrients at the start, you think it would be ok to cut it off or just leave it(not getting that much light either)
