How long?!

how long do I leave my fluro grow light on for the germinating seeds? 24 hrs? or 18/6? I used the paper towel method and have already transplanted them into their grow cubes.

24hrs will do mate. will keep em warm too

They dont need any light at all untill they grow out the soil.
