How To - 7 Gal Rim Mount SCROG Pots In 2 X 4 Tent - 8.25 Sq Ft

Again Very Hard to get a clear picture of the ISSUE I see but here is a canopy
shot that shows it a little better.

Notice the GSCE on the Right and in the center you can make out the loss of
edge color in the leafs.

I have added

WayAhead = Mag
Epsom Salt = Mag
EWC = Mag
TRANSPLANT (Rescue Drench) = Mag

Since I started to notice this issue

EDIT: This photo was taken at start of LIGHTS ON so temp/humidity
readings are just starting to adjust to day levels.

Been reading up on RELATIVE HUMIDITY and Dew point,
found a very nice article from 420 that in part says

"How do you know you are getting close to having too much moisture? The relative humidity (RH) is a measurement of the percentage of moisture already in the air. For example, an RH reading of 70% indicates that more water vapor can be absorbed into the air. However, 70% at 77 degrees is different than 70% at 68 degrees, because warmer air can hold more moisture.

Specifically, at the higher temperature, 2 pounds of air could have as much as .45 ounces of water vapor in it. On the other hand, 2 pounds of 68-degree air only holds .32 ounces. So, if you allow the air to cool down, the air can hold less water vapor, leading to condensation while also raising the relative humidity.

Example: 77 Degree air cooled to 73 degrees — RH rise from 70% to 80%
This process leads to what is commonly known as the dew point. The dew point occurs when the air can no longer hold any more water vapor, and it condenses into droplets called dew.

In the example above, we know that the dew point of 77 degrees with 70% RH is 66 degrees. Therefore, we must keep the temperature above 66 degrees to prevent excessive moisture."

Another interesting part

"Temperature becomes a factor when your plant needs to send those sugars to the places they’re needed. Sugar doesn’t move as well when it’s less than 68ºF (20ºC). In fact, the sugars will get stuck, and your plant will suffer.

When this happens in mature plants and only lasts a few days, it’s not that big of a problem. Once the temperature is resolved, the backed-up sugars will go where they should be. However, in immature plants, this situation will stunt the plant’s growth."

DAY 105 from POP.
Flower Day 31.

(Week 5, Day 3)

These were taken as I was doing the 2nd CAT for the BLACKBERRY.
NOTE: BLACKBERRY seems to be handling the CAT's well, ONLY some TACOing

Added a Last Picture showing a better picture of the ISSUE I am having with the GSCE
Decided to go OFF the RESERVATION to help her out, lets see what happens :)

All still looking to be on track for a nice finish so not at all worried just would like the
GSCE to finish stronger.

Mmmmmm look at them frosty nugs:drool: Your ladies are coming along very nice!! :thumb:

Thanks Looking forward to the last 2 weeks ) I like the Blackberry so far No problems at all, she settled
right in to the Kit very quickly and has simply been a "point and shoot" type experiance with it.

Hey Gazoo! You gals are looking great! The "issue" you are having seems pretty minor. Those are gonna finish up great! How much longer?

Thanks buddy, Not complaining just looking to achieve the BEST result possible so I see room for
improvement. Next time I know what she likes :)

Actually the Breeder says 70 days flower on the GSCE ? I dont see that happening unless I get
her turned around. Maybe 3 weeks more if I am lucky

The BLACKBERRY is a 63 flower time so looking at another 3 or 4 if things go well ?

BTW The GSCE is the one in the smaller 7 gal pot so next run in a 10 I hope to see a better
run with her

Slightly bored this morning So .......

Here are some pictures I took last night day 107 from pop.

I like the BLACKBERRY's structure but not real impressed with the GSCE,
Just looks Airy to me hope she swells a lot :)

Anyway here they are

Hay there buddy whats up :)

Yup I just realized last night its been a while since I snapped some pictures
Been busy catching g up on Sue's COB Thread, can't wait to travel that road.
probably use some of the GSCE (60% SATIVA) and give that a try

Anyway the blackberry looks the same, just bigger fatter buds, GSCE Still
having issues yellow leaf loss but cant seem to put my finger on the reason
may need to do a SUPER DRENCH, not sure at this late stage but want to give
her better run at the finish

Going to do my Lights off pictures tonight just before lights on (10:30pm)
so probably wont have any updated pictures until very late tonight or tomorrow
morning. Thanks for kicking me in the ass I need to keep up with these so I have
a growing picture record to include with my Flea market RIM MOUNT SCROG pots
hoping to make some contacts while seeing if I can create a market for them.

Thanks for stopping by buddy

That’s awesome Gazoo, I hope you sell a ton of those! It’s a great idea and well executed!
Sorry, can’t recall, is the GSCE the one you were gonna skip the cats on? If so it may be losing leaves because it just doesn’t have the root system to support the plant. So it’s dropping a few leaves here and there. I’m sure a super Drench would help, giving a big feed to weak roots will probably help them not work so hard (and hopefully grow more.) Idk, I just notice that when I get the leaves yellowing... I up my drenches and it straightens out. This is the reason for my thinking. I’m sure you’ll get it figured out.. and if not I bet you’ll still have some really great produce at the end my friend!
Looking forward to the new pics! Thanks Gazoo, hope you have a great day!

Thanks for the Encouragement. Yes the GSCE is the one that DID NOT GET the CAT,
I was seeing the issue at the time of CAT so skipped it. The Breeders Recommendation was
to feed heavy with Mag so just assumed that's what I was seeing but not sure now. Oh for
sure the end product will be top shelf (don't use the yellow leafs) just want to help her go as
long as I can.

Also this is the 7 gal pot and she has been in there an extra 3 weeks so I am sure has a lot
to do with the issue. Next run will be a 10 and flip at transplant, will also be trying a 2 gal starter pot.,
to see if I can getaway with longer veg before up potting to finish size

I am excited to give the RIM Mount SCROG pot thing a try, I read somewhere the first person
to make a MILLION Dollars in the last GOLD RUSH did it buy selling SHOVELS :)

Anyway have a Great Day and thank you for including your observations with this product, its all
very relevant and the more we know the better we can grow

DAY 117 from POP
DAY 43 Flower
(Week 7, Day 1)

BLACKBERRY Doing Fine loosing a few lower leafs but still doing great

THINKING SUPER DRENCH for the GSCE
day 117 from POP, day 43 flower (week7, day1)
1st Run Soil
NO CATs on GSCE but 2 recharges

NOTE: GSCE has been in the 7 Gal pot longer than
recommended, did not flip at transplant, at end
she will have been in the pot 3 weeks to long,
I suspect I am at the end of the soils best "Finish By FLOWER DATE" (to be corrected next run)

:drool:Wow... Nice pics Gazoo... Those are some really dense looking, sparkly ass buds man. I wonder though, how much longer ya think on that GSCE? I mean, if she's only got say 1 or 2 week do you think it would be worth using the extra product for a super drench? Or up your normal drenches a bit more and let er ride? IDK... I'm just trying to figure out what I would do in this situation. Not really sure...
At any rate, your ladies are looking pretty damn good. Beautiful buds on both, those top shots... the buds look greasy:drool:Keep up the great work!

Yup, looking great the great Gazoo! I'm interested to know how much longer. I'm thinking at least 3 weeks...? Mine are +43 and I'm thinking 3-4 weeks but possibly less?

Thanks Guys Hoping Level III (Next run) I can Dial this in a little better
using the bigger 2 gal Rootbuilder starter pot should help shave off the
extra time in Finish Pot.

Also I can see the smaller 7 gal pot is just getting by at finish so the extra
3 gal in the 10 gal finish pots, combined with the shorter time in the pots, I
should get a stronger Finish

BREEDERS FLOWER TIMES Below

Blackberry reported by the breeder to be
80% Indica/20% Sativa with a INDOOR flower time of 55 DAYS

This leaves Approx another 2 weeks BY THE reported flower Time Line.
I have read the KIT can run longer flower times so not sure

The GSCE is reported to be a
OG Kush X Durban Poison
70 DAY Flower but I seriously dont see that happening

Blackberry (10 Gal pot) got Trans & Tea @
2.0 Mil Tea with 15 Mil Transplant in 22 cups H2O
Breeder indoor flower time/estimate 55 days
T-5 days

GSCE (7 Gal pot) got GE & Tea @
2.0 Mil Tea with 10.5 Mil GE in 1 Gal H2O
Breeder indoor flower time/estimate 70 days
T- 20 days

Looking great Gazoo! I wish my buds were that chunky! Sorry if i missed it but what's on Deck?

:passitleft:
Looking very tasty there sir. Amazing job!

Thanks guys not sure about the flower breeder times so they will get taken down when I see they slow down.
The last 2 weeks have always been when they chunk up and also reading the Breeders reports both strains
look to color up at the end so we will see if I can stretch the time for better color

NEXT UP I wanted to run the GDP but being a 100% indica maybe not, looking forward to doing some COB
curing and need SATIVA for that so thinking

ORIENT EXPRESS FEMINIZED (F3 Simi Stabilized)
8 - 10 week flower Indoor
60% Sativa/ 40% Indica

&

ORIENT EXPRESS x NEPAL JAM FEMINIZED
8 - 10 week flower Indoor
50% Sativa/ 50% Indica
