how to make a MMJ female hermie?

Hello all
Was just curious if anyone has had any luck intentionally making a plant hermie and how to go about doing it I have a MK strain that I would like to cross breed but have now clue on how to make a plant hermie any ideas?

Since nobody else has answered this, I'll give it a shot. (Disclaimer: I'm not a grower yet, so take advice with caution.) Hopefully someone who knows will correct me if I'm wrong.

From what I've read, giving the plant a shot of light during the dark period in the flower cycle may/will produce a hermie.

Some strains are hard to make hermie. I tried one G13 strain and moved it back and forth between flower and vegetative rooms a couple times and I never could get it to hermie. But screwing with lights is usually the best way.
