How to maximize these two autoflowers grown outdoors

These two auto-flowers are grown outside on the summers natural daylight cycle i.e 12/12 or so, moreover they only get about 3 hours of direct sunlight, the rest of the time they are in the shade.

So they both are now much shorter than what they should have been had they been done with the correct lightning techniques, which techniques there is no option to use at this time.

Now besides being small and leafless they seem to be beginning their flowering with few white hairs beginning to develop.

What are people's thoughts on these plants, looks like their yield will be minimal ... Anything that can be done to size them up ( besides proper lightning ) ? i.e give them some nutrition drugs, which one ? or relocating them to increase the daily direct sunlight from 3 to 5 hours. These are the only two options really at this time...

1.
Green-o-Matic (Autoflowering ): 49 Days old , meh tall at 25 cm/ 9.8 inch height , 2.5 gallon container. ( Should have been about twice the height with proper lightning, advertised proper harvest time is 60 days or so )

2.
Super Bud ( Autoflowering ) 40 days old, stands super-small at 12 cm/ 4.8 inch height, 1 gallon container. ( Should have been about 3 to 4 times the height with proper lightning, advertised proper harvest time is 70 - 80 days. ) .

So it looks like with growing autoflowers outdoors, you are going to need min 6-7 hours of direct sun-light, as 3 is too little.
