How to turn from veg to flower with LED kit?

A very amateur/dumb question. I just got a new LED kit with both blue and red simultaneous lights.

I used to grow only with CFL lights, and you had to switch the cold blue lights during vegetation to the warmer yellow lights to flower. But i have no clue with this LED kit since mostly has red lights and some blues.

I just keep the thing on all the time and the plant will decide to flower or how?

You didn't have to switch, it just tailored the spectrum a little.

If your LED panel has two switches, turn both on. Running only part of the device is unnecessary - and significantly limits the amount of light your plants are receiving.

If growing photoperiodic plants, to "turn" from the growth/"vegetative" phase to the flowering one, increase the number of hours of uninterrupted darkness per day from ~6 to 12. If your plants are sexually mature, they will transition into the flowering phase.

If growing autoflowering plants, continue running your light(s) at 18 to 20 hours per day... and allow time to pass. Your plants will enter the flowering phase on their own.

Yes my Led kit has no switches, so i will switch the hours.

Thank you very much for the advice mate, cheers :)
