Huge Problem, Plants Seem to Have Disease

I have been flowering my female clones for about 18 days. There is NO BUD at all. When I checked on them tonight, the leaves are quite dark and there seems to be roots poking through the rockwool as well as these odd lumps at the base of the stems.

Pictures will follow when they have been approved.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know as I am growing for a medical condition.

very possible you may not see much for 25-30 days.
