Humidity

I know you can leave an open jug to adjust humidity 5-10%...but other than that, I dont know much at all abt the significance of humidity. What %'s are we looking for? Is it different for each cycle? How much does it cost for whatever it is that checks/regulates humidity?

The plants like higher humidity in the vegging stages. Over 50% will be fine. Too high and you can develop mold.

High humidity in the flowering phase can cause mildew and bud rot, especially in really strains with really dense buds.

You can pick up a hydro/thermo combo unit for $15-$20 that will track current, high & low temps, as well as current, high and low humidity levels. Grow Bright makes a pretty good one...
