Good luck on your new grow. You will find many great people here wiling to help. All you need to do is ask.

Looks like you have mostly everything you will need for your grow. A couple things recommended that you may have but not on display in your tent -

1. Carbon Filter and exhaust Fan - (for when they start smelling).
2. TDS meter to measure the PPM of your solution
3. PH Pen

Also would recommend some deep saucers to catch the run-off from watering and something to raise the bottom of the pot above the drip saucer.

As mentioned above you need an extractor and filter to manage the smell. This will also exchange the air (very important).

Take a look at what the guys in the group below are doing.

dont put this big fan direct on plants in such a small room , try to face it to walls to make silent breeze for plants , it's looks like wind burn , try it and see if it works .

The brown on the tips is nutrient burn. It's not necessarily bad, so long as it doesn't spread or get worse. What is in your soil? What are you feeding them?
