Any Pests? Don't see any. Looked with magnifyer

Leaves are spotting, curling up like a claw on the ends, some turn black on the edges. The stems on the affected leaves are brittle, break easily. Don't bend. I had this exact same problem a month ago with ones from a different source, different strain, different room.
