I think I have mold on my curing buds

i looked at my buds today and they look like they have whitish spots kinda grey. i looked at it thru my loop and it looks like spider webs. but when i move it against itself it looks like it sticky is this just part of the curing stage or am i fucked.

Sounds like either spider mites or mold Any pics?

Could be mold... only really happens if the bud was not dry enough before being placed in the curing jars & lack of burping the jars.


When the mold is white in colour that is not so bad but its when it turns grey that it may release spores when handled... so ye if ya totally worried about the mold & loss of harvest !

1. I'd pick out infected bud & dispose of it, its only going to spread if it is mold & by the way smoking moldy bud can be damaging to health/lung issue's.

2. Whats left, spread out & allow to dry some more before curing keeping a close eye on the bud for any further mold growth.

Well i had heard you can use peroxide and water to get rid of the mold. So i decided to try it. i put it in the solution swished it around put in on a screen and let it dry out real good. i checked it and didn't see any white stuff. then i put it in a jar with a humid pack. i also tried a piece of it and it still got me high and I'm still alive.

Has anyone else ever tried doing this?
