So sticky I think she is part honey...yum yum Auto Blue Cheese, hasn't lost her smell even through drying...curing time for the bottom half of my #1 Blue...and a little for some buttah!!!

She was from the bottom, actually the top half was ready end of last week, left the bottom for a little longer...here's the top half

I was running so short on space until my 7ft came in 2 days ago...had to go early on my AK and a few days on this girl but I'm happy..
