Ideas for my scrog

I’d like to hear ideas on my next version of my scrog screen. It’s been amazing to me and I’m happy with it, but I’m upgrading my tent size which means I’ll need to make a bigger screen. The only thing I want to change is how it attaches to the corner poles. The way I have it now is by way of 4 pole clamps that are secured with machine bolts and wing nuts.

The design in theory is awesome, tighten and loosen the wingnuts as needed and adjust screen height as needed. The problem is that some of the nuts won’t tighten correctly even with washer. When you turn them the bolts turn with it. This means you have to get into the tent with a screw driver to hold the bolt in place while you tighten. Gotta find something else.

So any DIYers or amateur engineers that have any ideas on how I could easily secure and loosen the tent from the poles without changing the main function and design of the screen, I would love to brainstorm.

I used 3/4" cable clamps as slides on the side poles. They were fastened to side boarsds. A rail on the side boards between the side poles supported the screen. I used chain to adjust the height, although ratchet hangers can also be used.

Look up "Floating Scrog". Hang your net from the top with adjustable hangers.

Could use carriage bolts - the ones with the round tops and square shoulders. Thus keeping it in place as you take in the wing nuts.
