The Rolling Meadows Plan Commission recommended approval of a special use permit for Nature's Care Company for a medical marijuana dispensary at 975 Rohlwing Rd.
Following approval from the plan commission Apr. 7, Nature's Care must receive approval from the Rolling Meadows City Council to set up business in the city. The company's petition is tentatively scheduled for the Apr. 28 city council meeting.
Nature's Care's original application to run a medical marijuana dispensary in Palatine was turned down by the village late last year and remains tied up in litigation.
