Because linking to pdf files is currently prohibited, research articles and scientific publications cannot be directly accessed by folks visiting this site. Therefore, I've decided to post the research paper titled above by Caplan et al. as images in this thread. I will be requesting that this thread be locked for replies, as the discussion should go on elsewhere. This journal is just to replace a link to the actual research pdf file....
