IP Address Blocked

Woke up yesterday morning to look at my favorite new forum and when I tried to login, I got an error message saying the IP address I used has been blocked, contact admin.

I chalked it up to me getting kinda drunk the night before and thought maybe i posted something inappropriate,(I've been know to do that.)

However, Since loggin in this morning, there is no such message, and I do not see anything I could have wrote that could have got me banned. LOL.

I use TorBrowser and am thinking, since they use different IP address for each session, someone at some time got banned using the IP i was given yesterday?

Anyone else have this issue?

Hi MaPilot,

Hope all is well in your world.

I fear your assumption that you were sharing an IP with a spambot may be correct.

Spambots use Tor and proxies as well, so when we get attacked by them we ban their IP in the matrix.

There is nothing we can do to get around this unfortunately.
