Is it enough light

I was wondering if 3 42watt(150) CFL bulbs are enough for just 1 plant

Yes and no. It depends how big the space your plant is growing in is. You have enough light for a space about 1'L x 1'W x 3'H. You want roughly 50 watts per square foot.

my space is 4'w x 4't x 22"d, I just added 2 55w(200ea) CFLs so i hoping that makes a big difference

The more the better. Try what you have, and if when you look at the plant it seems dark in some spots and more bulbs.

I'm running 12 23watt CFL's for a total of 276 watts actual and 19,200 lumens with a mix of 8/4 - 6500 K./2700 K. in veg over an area of a little more than 2 squ. feet. And will add a few more for flowering and go heavy on the 2700's.

Actually more of the smaller ones are better then a few big ones. The high watt ones get kinda hot. And with more smaller ones you can spread the light around more.

Right now as it sets I have 2 55w(200) 3 42w(150) 2 27w(100) for 2 plants. I'm hoping that will do the trick, I can add more if needed but i'll see how this works for now

How many lumens is a single tube 2' T5HO, and 4' T5HO? I see varying reports from 1700-2400 per 2' segment?

it will grow, and give you bud. But you wont get anywhere close to the plants potential. But Yes, it is enough to grow.

my grow tent size is 0.80m X 0.80m X 1.80m and i am using a 250w hps light. is this sufficient enuf for 4 plants
