Is my lighting wrong?

i Have 8 60 watt cfl lights going, plus 150 watt hps bulb and a 70 watt hps bulb on 2 white cookies plants. Is this enough lighting for flowering? Any help would be greatly appreciated. !!! I'm a first timer.

Meh, I like more light. What are those 8 60 watts? Cool or hot bulbs? Pics tell a thousand words and will get ya better/more help.
