Is my plant a hermie or what are these?

Yeah my plant has shown its female ad growing its flower but then there are these like pod looking things and I can't figure out if these are male flowers seed pods or nanners it's coming up to the end I the second week of flower "12days" and is there any problem with hermies? Also is it true that you get feminized seed from hermies?
