Is my plant ready to harvest if not how soon will it be ready

I believe I stunted its growth becuase I try to fim it to close to flower so that's why it's so small.

Hi...When did you start your 12/12 light cycle, factor in a week for transition period from veg to flower you should take that into a count. So count out how many weeks from starting your 12/12 light cycle till now, that will give you an idea of how far along you are in flowering .... Most strains take 8 to 9 weeks to bloom completely for harvest.

Ok so I started it on 12/12 from seed because I heard I it's a fast way to test out a new strian I've been growing it for about 3 month it stoped growing for a week or 2 becuase of stress from fungus gnats and the organocide I used to get rid of them so i hope that helps and here's a better pic

with the new pic it could be regrowth and the plant looks like it might have been stressed a lot while growing too, but heck your still getting bud!
