Is my rooting powder good enough to clone anything?

I have a bottle of Bonide rooting powder. It gives instructions on it but i havent had any experience with cloning ive only grown from seed.

this is my plant around 2 weeks and 3 days old under 150watt hps and 6000 lumens of 6500k cfls

should work fine, cannabis is easy to clone, water/high humidity is all thats necessary, root hormone just speeds it up!

It is very informative if you wish to try cloning early.
I am currently trying to root a few young toppings using his "misty" ideas
