Is there any benefit or harm to adding additional weaker light in ones garden

Hey guys.

New grower here, I made sure to look before asking this question. I started with google but remembered I signed up here thanks to Pigeon420 on YouTube.

Nevertheless I cannot find the topic of this anywhere, but perhaps because it is so obvious it’s ridiculous ?

I am currently running a 1200 w Philizon Newest led light. The one that has veg and bloom buttons. I would like to add a t5 or something to go vertically so that the lower branches get fed with light.

Again, new grower, new to the forum scene so go easy on me !

I will finish with this as it seems to be going well and look to add some supplemental lighting !
