Is there such thing as too much air movement?

I'm bidding on a 4" inline fan/carbon scrubber combo on ebay for my small grow tent. The tent only has about 20 cubic feet of space and the fan is 200 CFM. I'm not sure if the speed is adjustable.... Is there such thing as too much air movement?

Sure there is just as there is too much of anything that you go overboard on...

But in this case, I think you're good!! LOL You want good air flow exhange. I didn't really get that until later in my grow but it helps with no only fresh air exchange but also, in my case, temp control too.

Lots of benefits and 200cfm for that space isn't too much. Unless of course your plants get sucked up off the floor..for me that would be the first indicator that I overdid my airflow!
