Is this a good deal?

Found this on Craigslist, also includes the bulbs which I'm hoping are t5's, I imagine they are but he never stated what the bulbs actually were... Here's the ad.

"Today I have 2x4 highbay fixtures that replace 600w metal halides/sodium fixtures. They use 324w of power with the same light output instead of the 600w+ with a halide fixture. They are 6 lamp as stated and come in an approximate 2'x4'x6" white powdercoated cabinet. They will hold up to 6ea, 54w, T5 lamps, have high output ballasts and a Miro4 reflector (manufacturers name for "mirrored" reflector) These are slightly used, but came out of very clean plant. I have 4 available at $50 each."

Is it a good deal???

This is a good deal but I went ahead and just ordered a 600w Metal Halide instead, I think it'll be a lot easier than putting this big fixture up in my grow room and one less big item I have to store when not in use... If anyone want the link to this I can try and find it. A 6 light, 4 foot t5 setup with bulbs is a steal for $50.
