If I need to retake pictures please let me know, also give your best opinion if it's a hermie or not. If so what would you recommend

It's very difficult to tell. Your first pic I see something, just not sure what.

Can you please take some pictures under regular light for more clarity? Thanks.

From what I can see, that's a lady-boy.
If you have any other female plants, you should kill it. If this is your only plant, you can try to salvage the buds and at least get something out of her.

Any idea how long it will take to tell if the rest of the crop has been pollinated?

I wouldn't kill it, I'd spend the time to remove all the nanners, and harvest her like a true woman!

It won't pollinate until those pollen sacs pop open.

The pistils will wither back and die and the calyx's will swell with the seed developing inside them, anywhere from 10-15 days usually.

Harvest that baby now before you start getting a bunch of immature seeds in your bud; these are even harder to pick out than mature seeds!
