Those are just fat female flowers. Big flowers mean heavier buds. Thats a good thing

I freaked when I see these on my girls too They seem to pop up and appear fast don't they. Definitely lady bits tho.

I would say yes.. They look like swollen catalyxs with pistils coming out to me
This is the female reproductive organ as far as I know. If they change at all or if any different looking ones pop up then just add some more pics.

Yes. Those are the first calyxes to form, so they swell first.
Someone should make a sticky about this. There have been a lot of these threads.
